Acceptance of terms
These are demo Terms & Conditions for the Interior18 preview platform. By using the service once live, you would agree to these terms. This preview is for demonstration only.
The platform's role
Interior18 is a discovery marketplace that helps customers find and contact interior designers. We are not a party to any agreement between a customer and a designer, and we do not take a commission on projects.
Payments between parties
Customers pay designers directly, outside the platform, on terms agreed between them. Interior18's only charges are designer membership subscriptions.
Designer responsibilities
Designers are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles and portfolios, for the quality of their work, and for honouring commitments made to clients.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, post misleading content, or infringe the intellectual property of others. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Interior18 is not liable for disputes, damages or losses arising from engagements between customers and designers.
